A modified desktop assessment is available for:

1. Australian and New Zealand trained occupational therapists holding qualifications recognised by the Council. Persons who graduated over 5 years ago (from the date of application) must have worked as an occupational therapist in Australia or New Zealand for at least 6 months full-time equivalent in the last 5 years.
   
   
2. Australian and New Zealand fully registered occupational therapists (applicants from New Zealand must hold a current annual practising certificate).
   
   Successful persons in the categories (a) and (b) above will not be required to undertake a practice audit.
   
   
3. Overseas trained persons who have successfully completed the AEI-NOOSR examination in occupational therapy prior to the year 2000.
   A practice audit is required for these persons.
   
   

Applicants must complete the same application form for a Stage I Desk Top Audit.
